For the release of Rei, Mount Kōya asked some of their friends to participate in a live performance. To celebrate the LP release, 16 musicians performed a special version of Rei, with added percussions, synths and guitars. This live took place on February 8 of 2019 in the hallway of the Oriental Theatre, Vevey, Switzerland.
